Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how AppValleys handles information when you use Verdant City, an offline city-building game for iPhone and iPad (the “Application”).

Information we collect

Verdant City does not collect, transmit, store or share personal data through the Application. It does not require an account and does not use analytics, advertising, tracking technologies or third-party analytics SDKs.

Offline game data

Game progress, city names and preferences are stored locally on your device so that the Application can function. AppValleys cannot access this locally stored data, and the Application does not transmit it to us or third parties.

You may export a backup and decide where to store or share it. Deleting the Application removes its local data unless a copy is retained in a backup controlled by you or your platform provider.

Internet access and analytics

Verdant City is designed to be played offline. We do not monitor your gameplay, collect usage statistics, create user profiles or use your information for advertising.

Links in the Application may open external websites in your browser. Those websites process information under their own privacy policies.

App Store and platform providers

Apple may process information when you purchase or download Verdant City through the App Store, use device backup services or interact with other Apple services. Apple acts independently under its own privacy policy. AppValleys does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Support communications

If you contact us by email, we receive the email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your request and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for support and any applicable legal obligations.

Children's privacy

Verdant City does not knowingly collect personal data from children or any other users through the Application. If a child contacts us outside the Application, a parent or guardian may ask us to delete that communication.

Data security

Since the Application does not transmit personal data to AppValleys, we do not maintain a server-side database of Verdant City user information. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and exported backups.

Your privacy rights

AppValleys has no personal data from the Application to access, correct, export or delete. If you have contacted us outside the Application, applicable law may give you rights concerning that information. You may contact us to exercise those rights or ask a privacy question.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the Application's functionality, providers or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the date shown above.
